Theory Training
The trainer guides trainees through an interactive and comprehensive review during the theory training. The operator workbook is studied which includes all applicable rules. Other topics like for instance safe operating procedures, different machine types including various sizes and associated applications, pre-use inspections and general work place safety are individually explored.
Theory Evaluation
The Theory Evaluation starts with a written exam based upon the concepts included in the operator's reference instruction manual. These graded are graded and returned to the ones training. The tests are then reviewed to ensure understanding and a score of at least 70 percent is considered necessary in order to pass this part of the training.
Practical Training
The hands-on part of the course is covered in the practical training. Here, trainees are shown the safe operating measures, the parking and shutdown procedures and the pre-use inspection measures. Every trainee has the chance to operate the machinery and practice the skills they learned during Theory Training under the helpful eye of the course trainer in an environment which is safety controlled.
Practical Evaluation
The evaluation of the practical portion is where the one training is assessed as to whether they have the minimum level of skill. Those training are individually tested on their skills using the machine in a somewhat difficult program environment. When the assessment is finished, the ones training are de-briefed and given the opportunity to address whatever issues they may have regarding whichever portion of the course. Each and every employer of a successful trainee will be given the official records and documents shortly after the course has been completed.
